After many years of successful operation of our internationally recognized FUTSOC INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL ACADEMY (FIRA) the program was abruptly stopped in 2019, due to the global COVID pandemic. After years of abatement, and with WHO and CDC easement of restrictions in international travel, we are proud to announce that FIRA will once again present its programming for the upcoming 2024 season. This new season, promises to be a formidable one as FUTSOC embarks once again on its very exciting and far-reaching, all-encompassing international residency program based out of our beautiful City of Weston in Broward County, Florida, for players from around the globe and the U.S.

This highly anticipated project will consist of two main components:

1. Enrolling players traveling from overseas to train in intervals in South Florida, for placement in top level colleges and universities.
2. Enrolling players from our rich local/regional/national talent base training here year-round and both securing scholarship opportunities at colleges and universities in the U.S. and/or traveling to Europe and/or South America for placement opportunities in the professional ranks.

OUR MISSION

The mission, to train the finest futbol/soccer talents available, with the most updated training methodologies from highly respected UEFA and USSF licensed coaches. Our staff of coaches are prepared to undertake the management of these programs in 3-, 6-, 9- or 12-month sessions, in order to maximize the implementation of all possible resources to the entire benefit of the member athletes.

Training will include multiple daily sessions with a full complement of high intensity physical, technical, tactical, and socio-psychological activities to aid in the progression. Practical sessions will include an exhaustive array of friendlies, scrimmages, matches, college matches, national team friendlies and premier level tournaments. These intensive components to this program will address all the needs for college level preparation and readiness as well as opportunities to enter the professional ranks in Europe and South America.

The program includes:

• Most omfortable accomodations with complementary amenities, top-level training facilities, world-class spa-pool, world class gym / weight training, two team training sessions daily, yoga, cryotherapy, sports psychology classes.
• Matches, showcases, tournaments, athletic profiles, social media promotion, college process preparation, professional opportunities, cultural events.
• Transportation to and from the airport and during your entire stay to and from the training fields and all other game locations, team insurance, training gear, match kits.
